Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to the service will not be charged.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the service or No show, will not be refunded.
Cancellations by Turismo Lancuyén, for reasons of force majeure, such as natural events, storms, rain or cancellation of navigations, strikes in the parks, road closures, or for not meeting the minimum number of passengers for the departure, in these cases, Turismo Lancuyén will refund 100% of your deposit or will offer another alternative, similar to the reserved service, with one day’s notice.
RETURNS
Refunds will be made within 48 business hours of receipt of the request.
